BRUR is mental fitness coaching for men like you’ve never seen before, and we’re coming to Oslo soon!

Join casual nature walks, sauna sessions, strength training, or maybe even a build project together with other men. All while having meaningful conversations, developing your inner strength, and learning tools from some of the best coaches in town.

What makes a real man?

With all the pressure and different opinions coming from society, family, and friends, it’s difficult to know who you want to be as a man.

Above what the societal norms say a “real man” is, we believe it’s someone who strives to better himself, embraces personal growth, and takes proactive steps to master his mind. 

To do so, it’s crucial to find a type of training that suits your needs and preferences. That is what BRUR is here to give you.

We are exploring together with men like yourself to find the types of support that you’ll actually enjoy and get value from. Our aim is to help you build mental resilience and a healthier inner world, so you can improve your positioning in work, school, dating, and social life.

What is the gym for your mind?

Our aim is that you will…

  • Receive coaching that improves your mental fitness and overall well-being 

  • Find people to talk to in a safe environment  

  • Do activities that you enjoy

BRUR works just like a gym. You explore classes held by various coaches, and join whatever seems interesting to you. It’s affordable and casual, and gives you the possibility to try different approaches and find something that works for you.

There will be plenty of topics and mental tools to learn about, such as hacks that change your mindset for positivity and motivation, and how to use your breath like the iceman Wim Hof. We also wish to offer 1:1 coaching, workshops, and other types of events in the future.

Our coaches are amongst the best in town, judgment-free and genuinely wanting the best for you. They are not necessarily formal health professionals, but have a lot of experience working with men and good references from their previous clients, and they all go through a review process before they can join BRUR. They are people who can relate to your struggles, who have worked on themselves to make changes in their own lives, and have helped others to do the same.
